Nice people and good job done
I left my motorhome for several jobs including damp in the cab above and around the drivers seat. I even added another job afterwards. Everything was done really well and i received photos during and after the work was completed. Everything was done to a high standard and the van was left looking like new. I will be booking it back in again as I would like some more work done. I was very nervous about leaving it but am very happy with it now . Thankyou

BCS set the standard for repair and service
Recommended by another trade specialist we are so glad to have had our caravan repaired and serviced by BCS. Several areas of water ingress were quickly identified (15 year old van), prompt quotes provided and booked in a reasonable timescale given the busy time of year.
Work carried out exactly as quote, small amount of additional work requested was provided at very reasonable cost, and serviced as well.
Quality of work is high with excellent matching of timber and other materials. Any bespoke parts were manufactured on site (Main Dealer quoted to source from Germany at double the cost and 4 months lead time plus 3 months to get a slot).
Even though BCS were very busy they always had time to keep us updated and are very customer focused. Service documentation is very comprehensive (best in over 35 years caravaning we have seen) and attention to detail second to none.
Well done Paul and the team, they really do set the standard. We will return without any hesitation. Thanks.

SUPERB PROBLEM SOLVING
Paul and his team did a great job on a dampness problem on the back panel, which is a well-known Elddis manufacture problem. Which Elddis reneged on like they have done with many other people. Paul fixed it and we got photos of the work being done at every stage superb work at an excellent price give PAUL a ring to sort your problems out
Just had our twin axel Swift Challenger serviced and cleaned by Nathan and his guys at Blackburn Caravan Services. We could not be happier with the result. Great service, very friendly and professional. Caravan looks like new again.
